Pärlā Festival invites artists, makers, and creative visionaries to help shape a four-day celebration of art, culture, and community in Tulsa.
We are seeking muralists, art vendors, visual artists, installation artists, and Drawing Rally participants working across a wide range of disciplines. Artists may also express interest in solo exhibitions, pop-up installations, the Pärlā Pew public art series, the (B)Light public art project, and other festival programming.
Call for Films
Pärlā Festival invites BIPOC filmmakers from around the world to submit original short films for the 2026 Call for Films.
This year’s theme, Multifuturism: Where Every Culture Imagines the Future, celebrates stories that expand how we envision tomorrow. We are seeking bold, forward-looking films that bring diverse cultural perspectives, ancestral knowledge, Indigenous wisdom, and global traditions into conversation with science fiction, speculative storytelling, and new possibilities.
Films may explore the future through any genre or creative approach, provided they reflect the spirit of multifuturism and center perspectives beyond conventional Western narratives.
